Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

All Netrima Jewels pieces are carefully packaged in our signature jewellery boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take great care to protect your order during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Netrima Jewels is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
