At Netrima Jewels, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at the email below with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
